Happy Tuesday friends! Hope everyone is having a good start to their week. I'm feeling super tired and ready for a nap lol but that's no excuse to skip a workout, am I right? Although I love exercising with weights, I also enjoy doing some body weighted exercises. The push ups with alternating leg lifts are a killer but one of my absolute favorites. Don't forget to move your body this week even if the weather makes you feel like doing otherwise (like me lol). Workouts are such a stress reliever and help me feel accomplished for the day.
