Cape Cod Vacation
Max and I took a trip to the Cape for our birthdays last week enjoying some fishing, beaching and being absolute foodies! We stayed at the CUTEST place and will definitely stay there again. We usually book a hotel, but since the Cape is known for their Inns, we wanted to give it a whirl and it was totally worth it! Highly recommend Sandwich Inn & Suites to anyone visiting! We fished the canal but it was definitely on the slow side— we had more luck catching bass at some pit stops in Rhode Island checking out the back bays and local waters. Enjoy some highlights from our trip!
Lobster Trap— by far our favorite place to eat when visiting the Cape. If you’ve never tried it, you are missing out! Some of the BEST food and plus it’s such a cool spot right on the water.
Enjoying the Sights
We also took a day trip up to the National Seashores and rode our bikes through P-town. Enjoyed some local seafood at The Lobster Pot in P-town (can you tell we love seafood yet?) and took a few day trips to some beaches in neighboring towns. Fishing at Nobska Light in Falmouth was an awesome experience. Grey seals were everywhere on the beaches! What‘s vacation without a few Bloody Mary’s too??
What would a trip be without a little fishing, of course....
