CARDIO KICKBOXING

It's been a while since I've shared a workout with you guys but I've still been going strong at it! I have continued my at-home workouts, especially since the weather has been great and I can take my workout outdoors. I incorporated cardio kickboxing into this session-- I actually used to box for years, it's one of the best ways to workout and I highly recommend it for a good sweat sesh. Two of my favorite youtube accounts to follow along with my workouts are @heatherrobertson and @growingannanas. I love combining HIIT and strength training and they have plenty of videos to choose from. Hopefully this can motivate you guys to keep at it-- Progress over Perfection.
