Get Your Sweat On Without the Gym Membership


I absolutely love to work out and I try to do it at least 4-5x/week-- not only is it rewarding but at times, it can be a major stress reliever. A few months back, I actually cancelled my gym membership but this didn't mean that I had to stop working out. During the summer months, I was able to workout a lot outdoors through running or getting on my bike. However, now that the seasons are changing and the temperatures are cooling, I've been taking my workouts mostly indoors. I try to balance a good amount of cardio, strength training and my favorite HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts in every week. I stumbled across some Youtube workout videos and have truly enjoyed them. Some of my favorite workout videos are from Heather Robertson. I love her workouts because she really mixes things up and has a ton of different types of workouts to chose from. If you're looking to switch things up in your workout routine, give her videos a try. Trust me, you'll definitely break a sweat!
