Studies have shown that working out earlier in the day not only supplies you with more energy and focus, but it can also result in a better sleep at night. Your workout doesn’t have to include going to the gym or strength training in your living room (like me lol)— do anything to get your heart rate up and your body moving! Put on some good music and make your workout your own.
