MONDAY MOVEMENT SERIES: 4/12
Hi friends! This is your Monday morning wake up call to get moving! I went for my first outdoor run of the year this week because of the beautiful weather we had and I was able to run 2.5 miles without stopping (usually I need a walk break somewhere in there). It always feels good when you accomplish something, even if it's small! Make it a habit every week to do something fun, try an exercise you've never tried, set goals for yourself-- anything to motivate you! Karma and I certainly had fun working out this weekend-- sun's out, tongues out! Have an awesome week guys!
