MONDAY MOVEMENT SERIES
It's a new week which means a fresh start. In my opinion, one of the best ways to start a new week is with some movement! I don't know about you, but I always feel particularly stiff in the mornings with the cold, dry winter air. I love starting off the week with some exercise any time of the day you can squeeze it into. Even if it's just going for a walk around the block-- trust me, it will make you feel amazing.
I've been working more with weights lately and wanted to share some exercises that you may want to try yourself. I was following this Heather Robertson video during this workout. Here are some of my favorite movements--I included two video clips at the end of the post as well, so you can see them in action. Hopefully this can inspire you to get up and move on this beautiful Monday.
