No weights? No worries!
While the gyms were all closed during Covid, I had to find ways to exercise at home (or outdoors) and not get bored of the same routine over and over again. I didn't have much access to weights at home, so I purchased a set of resistance bands because they can be very versatile and used for a multitude of exercises.
I found a three pack of these at a local store, and I liked them because they ranged in resistance strength from light to heavy.

Here are some ideas to use your resistance bands effectively:
Squats with resistance (and a sleeping pup in the background!)
Kick-backs with resistance (with a curious pup!)
Note: You can also place the resistance band around your ankles
